Welcome to our online shop for all your Letchworth Garden City merchandise and mementos.

You’ll find an extensive range available here, from postcards to pens; coasters to clothes; we’re adding new stock all the time. Take a browse by clicking on the categories on the left.

Whatever you’d like to purchase, it’s simple to order. Click ‘add to cart’ on the items you want; then ‘Checkout’ your Shopping cart.

You’ll then need to enter your email address and other personal details. Postage and packaging will then be added.

Then click ‘review order’; and if all is correct, ‘submit order’, to be taken to our secure payment facility from Worldpay. The transaction will show on your card statement as from ‘Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation’.

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Orders can only be accepted for delivery to UK addresses from cardholders with a UK billing address. If you are an international customer, please call 01462 487868 or email tic@letchworth.com for assistance.

This online shop is operated and managed by Letchworth Garden City Tourist Information Centre. All prices include VAT at the appropriate rate, except for books, which are exempt from VAT.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase you make using our online shop, or it has been damaged in transit, please return it to us (in original packaging) within 14 days. Once we receive the item, your requested refund or replacement (subject to availability) will be issued. Postage costs will only be refunded when the item is found to be defective.
